Argo CD API
latestBase URL
https://{server}server- default
argocd.example.com. Your Argo CD server's host.
Every endpoint of the Argo CD API server, as built from the latest Argo CD source. Requests go to your own Argo CD server, which also serves this reference at /swagger-ui. They need a bearer token: API Docs shows how to get one from /api/v1/session and which tokens work where Argo CD uses SSO.
Authentication
bearerapiKeyA token sent as Authorization: Bearer <token>. API Docs shows how to get one.
API Key: Authorization in header

- eventsEventEvent mirrors corev1.Event and exposes the fields consumed by the Argo CD API and UI. Event is a report of an event somewhere in the cluster. Events have a limited retention time and triggers and messages may evolve with time. Event consumers should not rely on the timing of an event with a given Reason reflecting a consistent underlying trigger, or the continued existence of events with that Reason. Events should be treated as informative, best-effort, supplemental data.
- eventsEventListEventList is a list of Argo CD Event messages. It mirrors corev1.EventList field-for-field but is defined in Argo CD's apiclient package to avoid pulling Kubernetes protobuf types into the public gRPC surface.
- eventsEventSeriesEventSeries contain information on series of events, i.e. thing that was/is happening continuously for some time.
- eventsEventSourceEventSource contains information for an event.
- eventsObjectReferenceObjectReference contains enough information to let you inspect or modify the referred object.

- runtimeError
- runtimeRawExtensionRawExtension is used to hold extensions in external versions. To use this, make a field which has RawExtension as its type in your external, versioned struct, and Object in your internal struct. You also need to register your various plugin types. // Internal package: type MyAPIObject struct { runtime.TypeMeta `json:""` MyPlugin runtime.Object `json:"myPlugin"` } type PluginA struct { AOption string `json:"aOption"` } // External package: type MyAPIObject struct { runtime.TypeMeta `json:""` MyPlugin runtime.RawExtension `json:"myPlugin"` } type PluginA struct { AOption string `json:"aOption"` } // On the wire, the JSON will look something like this: { "kind":"MyAPIObject", "apiVersion":"v1", "myPlugin": { "kind":"PluginA", "aOption":"foo", }, } So what happens? Decode first uses json or yaml to unmarshal the serialized data into your external MyAPIObject. That causes the raw JSON to be stored, but not unpacked. The next step is to copy (using pkg/conversion) into the internal struct. The runtime package's DefaultScheme has conversion functions installed which will unpack the JSON stored in RawExtension, turning it into the correct object type, and storing it in the Object. (TODO: In the case where the object is of an unknown type, a runtime.Unknown object will be created and stored.) +k8s:deepcopy-gen=true +protobuf=true +k8s:openapi-gen=true
- runtimeStreamError
- sessionGetUserInfoResponse
- sessionSessionCreateRequestSessionCreateRequest is for logging in.
- sessionSessionResponseSessionResponse wraps the created token or returns an empty string if deleted.
- v1FieldsV1FieldsV1 stores a set of fields in a data structure like a Trie, in JSON format. Each key is either a '.' representing the field itself, and will always map to an empty set, or a string representing a sub-field or item. The string will follow one of these four formats: 'f:<name>', where <name> is the name of a field in a struct, or key in a map 'v:<value>', where <value> is the exact json formatted value of a list item 'i:<index>', where <index> is position of a item in a list 'k:<keys>', where <keys> is a map of a list item's key fields to their unique values If a key maps to an empty Fields value, the field that key represents is part of the set. The exact format is defined in sigs.k8s.io/structured-merge-diff +k8s:deepcopy-gen=false +protobuf.options.marshal=false +protobuf.options.(gogoproto.goproto_stringer)=false
- v1GroupKind+protobuf.options.(gogoproto.goproto_stringer)=false

- v1ListMetaListMeta describes metadata that synthetic resources must have, including lists and various status objects. A resource may have only one of {ObjectMeta, ListMeta}.
- v1LoadBalancerIngressLoadBalancerIngress represents the status of a load-balancer ingress point: traffic intended for the service should be sent to an ingress point.
- v1ManagedFieldsEntryManagedFieldsEntry is a workflow-id, a FieldSet and the group version of the resource that the fieldset applies to.

- v1PortStatus
- v1ShardInfoShardInfo describes the shard selector that was applied to produce a list response. Its presence on a list response indicates the list is a filtered subset.
- v1TimeTime is a wrapper around time.Time which supports correct marshaling to YAML and JSON. Wrappers are provided for many of the factory methods that the time package offers. +protobuf.options.marshal=false +protobuf.as=Timestamp +protobuf.options.(gogoproto.goproto_stringer)=false

- v1alpha1MatrixGeneratorMatrixGenerator generates the cartesian product of two sets of parameters. The parameters are defined by two nested generators.
- v1alpha1MergeGeneratorMergeGenerator merges the output of two or more generators. Where the values for all specified merge keys are equal between two sets of generated parameters, the parameter sets will be merged with the parameters from the latter generator taking precedence. Parameter sets with merge keys not present in the base generator's params will be ignored. For example, if the first generator produced [{a: '1', b: '2'}, {c: '1', d: '1'}] and the second generator produced [{'a': 'override'}], the united parameters for merge keys = ['a'] would be [{a: 'override', b: '1'}, {c: '1', d: '1'}]. MergeGenerator supports template overriding. If a MergeGenerator is one of multiple top-level generators, its template will be merged with the top-level generator before the parameters are applied.

- v1alpha1SourceIntegrityGitPolicyGPGSourceIntegrityGitPolicyGPG verifies that the commit(s) are both correctly signed by a key in the repo-server keyring, and that they are signed by one of the key listed in Keys. This policy can be deactivated through the ARGOCD_GPG_ENABLED environment variable. Note the listing of problematic commits/signatures reported when "strict" mode validation fails may not be complete. This means that a user that has addressed all problems reported by source integrity check can run into further problematic signatures on a subsequent attempt. That happens namely when history contains seal commits signed with gpg keys that are in the keyring, but not listed in Keys.
